As I don't know what the cost was my value for many might not be accurate. But they are certainly good to deal with

I gave my car 2 times, The repairs were good and dis a good job no doubt, but the person at reception communicates the wrong information both times. I was promised the car would be back on Friday, and I called them at 3 pm Friday that I will be there to collect my car, then receptionist told me your car won't be ready today you have to wait till Monday 5pm. This information should have been provided to me earlier in the day so that I could plan my weekends accordingly. And this happened twice.

I have had a previous experience with RS Lane in Petone that was not satisfactory and was a bit dubious about having to use them again but I will absolutely be recommending them in the future - their service from start to finish was outstanding. Thanks so much for the ease of the process.

Superb service from initial assessment all the way through to completion of the repair and the return of my vehicle.
